OIB organizes a Training Course for its Employees

 

In coordination with the Arab Academy for Banking and Financial Sciences in Jordan, OIB organized a training course, which lasted for four days, on "Bank Marketing". The course was held at the Bank Training Centre in Ruwi.

The course aimed at polishing branch managers and the employees of the other depts.' Talents and special abilities in the field of marketing science, branch management and professional marketing.

Bank marketing course is considered one of the subjects required for acquiring the diploma of Branch Management. This course was attended by 22 employees, who represented different units of the bank, those whose nature of their jobs require bank marketing knowledge.

It goes without saying that OIB gives most of its care and concentration to its staff training and qualification, which is regarded a main factor of the organization' future success.

Mr. Iqbal bin Yousuf, manager of training section in HR dept. said that the bank has a comprehensive plan to give training to all employees in various banking area. This course is considered one of the basic and important courses for the bank employees.

At the end of the event, Mr. Douglas Emmett, the GM of the bank, and Mrs. Fawziya Al Araimi, AGM HR and Services, thanked the trainees for their attendance and participation in the course.
